1. Services

720 Auto provides automotive repair and maintenance services. By authorizing work on your vehicle, you agree to these terms.

2. Estimates

Written estimates are provided before work begins. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. We will contact you for authorization before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.

3. SMS Messaging Program

720 Auto may send you transactional SMS messages to notify you when your vehicle is ready and to provide a secure payment link. These messages are sent only to customers with an active repair order who have provided their phone number.

Message frequency: One message per repair order, sent when your vehicle is ready.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and card payments via Square. A secure payment link may be sent to your mobile phone upon request.

5. Warranty

Parts and labor are warranted against defects for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranty is void if the vehicle has been subject to abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Limitation of Liability

720 Auto is not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair services provided.
