What 720 Shop Management does

720 Shop Management is cloud shop-management software for independent auto repair shops: estimates and repair orders, customers and vehicles, digital authorization, inventory and purchase orders, multi-point inspections, card payments, time clock, and reporting — everything a shop needs from the first estimate to the final paid invoice. What the integration does

Connecting QuickBooks Online eliminates double entry: when a repair order is finished, one click creates the matching invoice in your QuickBooks Online company — no CSV exports, no re-typing.

How to connect

  1. Sign in to 720 Shop Management as the shop owner and open Settings.
  2. On the QuickBooks Online card, select Connect to QuickBooks.
  3. Sign in to Intuit and authorize your company. That’s it — the card shows Connected with your company name.

To disconnect at any time, use the Disconnect link on the same card — your QuickBooks data is never retained by 720 Shop Management beyond the sync itself. You can also disconnect from within QuickBooks; see what happens when you disconnect.
