What the integration does

Connecting QuickBooks Online eliminates double entry: when a repair order is finished, one click creates the matching invoice in your QuickBooks Online company — no CSV exports, no re-typing.

• Customers are matched by name (or created if new), so your books stay tidy.
• Invoices are created with your shop’s totals summarized by category — Parts, Tires, Labor, Sublet, Fees & Supplies, and Sales Tax — and always match the repair order to the penny.
• Each invoice is tagged with the repair-order number and vehicle so you can trace it back instantly.
• The sync is one-way and on-demand: nothing is written to QuickBooks until you click Send to QuickBooks, and 720 Shop Management never modifies or deletes your existing QuickBooks data.

How to connect

1. Sign in to 720 Shop Management as the shop owner and open Settings.
2. On the QuickBooks Online card, select Connect to QuickBooks.
3. Sign in to Intuit and authorize your company. That’s it — the card shows Connected with your company name.

To disconnect at any time, use the Disconnect link on the same card — your QuickBooks data is never retained by 720 Shop Management beyond the sync itself. You can also disconnect from within QuickBooks; see what happens when you disconnect.
