720 Shop Management — Last updated September 26, 2026
720 Shop Management is a shop-management software platform operated by 720 Solutions Inc., an Indiana corporation (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when shops (“Shops”) use our Service, and how data about a Shop’s own customers is handled.
From Shops (our subscribers): account details such as name, business name, email, phone, login credentials, and subscription/billing information (payment card data is handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
Customer data entered by Shops: Shops use the Service to store information about their own customers and vehicles, which may include name, phone, email, address, vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, mileage), and service history, as well as photos a customer submits at a Shop’s request (for example, a photo of a license plate or VIN used to identify their vehicle). For this data, the Shop is the controller and we act as a processor on the Shop’s behalf.
Usage data: basic technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.
The Service can send transactional, service-related SMS messages to a Shop’s customers — for example, a secure payment link, a link to review and approve an estimate, or a notification that a vehicle is ready. These are sent only to customers with an active repair order whose number was provided to the Shop.
How customers opt in (consent / Call to Action). A customer opts in to text messages by providing their mobile phone number to the Shop and agreeing to receive transactional messages about their repair order — in person when they drop off their vehicle for service, or by phone when scheduling. At that time the Shop discloses, and the customer agrees, that they will receive service-related texts such as estimate-approval links, secure payment links, and vehicle-ready notifications; that message frequency varies with repair-order activity; that message and data rates may apply; and that they can reply STOPto opt out or HELPfor help. The customer’s consent is recorded on their record in the Shop management system. Providing consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
These are transactional messages only — we do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.Message frequency varies based on repair-order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or call (219) 902-9605.
Shops can enable an AI phone agent that answers their shop line (for example after hours or when the line is busy). When a Shop enables it:
We share information only as needed with providers that help us operate the Service, including: Stripe (subscription billing and card payments, including in-person via Stripe Terminal), Twilio (SMS and shop phone lines), Retell AI (the AI phone agent, for shops that enable it — see the section above), Intuit/QuickBooks Online (optional accounting sync for shops that connect it), Anthropic (AI processing — for example, reading a license plate or VIN out of a photo a customer submits; under our API terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models by default), a license-plate-to-VIN lookup service (converting a plate a Shop or customer provides — typed in, or read from a submitted photo — into a VIN), Cloudflare (bot protection on sign-in and public forms), our email provider (transactional email), and our hosting and database providers. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information. On our own marketing pages we do share limited browsing information with Meta to measure and improve our ads, as described in section 7 below, and you can turn that off. A current list is at 720shop.com/subprocessors.
On our own marketing pages on 720shop.com (the home page, the demo page and its confirmation page, and the sign-up page) we use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. It records that one of those pages was viewed and, when someone finishes signing up, that a free trial was started. Meta uses this information to show us how our ads performed and to help decide who sees our ads.
When it runs, Meta receives standard browser information such as your IP address, your browser type, your screen size, the time of the visit, the address of the page, the page that referred you, identifiers stored in Meta’s cookies (_fbp and _fbc), and, for a new sign-up, a code we generate so the same sign-up is not counted twice. We do not send Meta names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or any shop or customer records. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram in this browser, Meta may connect this information to your account and use it under its own terms and privacy policy.
The pixel is not used inside the shop-management application, on shop websites, in the customer portal, or on any link a Shop sends its customers (such as estimate approval, payment, or inspection links).
Separately, when you request a demo or sign up, we note the ad campaign or website that brought you (campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source, and the referring site). Our own record of this stays with us: we do not send it to Meta or any other advertising platform, and it is not affected by the setting below. (When the Meta Pixel runs, it still receives the page address and the referring page, as described above, and the page address can include those campaign tags.)
You can turn advertising measurement off for this browser below. Your choice is saved in a cookie in this browser for up to a year. Some browsers, including Safari on iPhone and iPad, delete cookies like this sooner, and clearing your cookies removes it. If the setting below shows ON again, turn it off again. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, advertising measurement is off, with no cookie to expire.

To control how Meta uses information to choose the ads you see, use Meta’s own ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
We retain Shop and customer data for as long as an account is active. If an account lapses (the subscription is canceled or unpaid) and is not reactivated, we may permanently delete the account and its data — following an email notice to the Shop, and no sooner than approximately 60 days after the lapse — unless a longer period is required by law. Shops may request export or deletion of their data at any time.
Data is stored using reputable cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls, and per-Shop data isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
Shops may view, update, export, or request deletion of their information at any time. If you are a customer of a Shop and wish to access or remove your information, please contact that Shop directly, as they control their own customer records; we will assist the Shop as their processor.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
